SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at youkilook.store. Because we partner with Printful to fulfill our products on-demand, items are created and shipped directly from international fulfillment centers. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING TIMES
* All items are custom-made on demand through Printful.
* Order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
* Fulfillment time is separate from the shipping transit time.
* High volume seasonal periods may extend creation times.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
* Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard international shipping to KSA typically takes 5–15 business days after fulfillment.

* "Total estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days from order date."

* Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
* Packages may arrive in separate shipments if you order different item types.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION
* You will receive a tracking email once Printful ships your item.
* Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to update.
* You can monitor your package journey using the provided link.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
* Orders ship internationally and may be subject to KSA import fees.
* youkilook.store is not responsible for customs duties or local VAT.
* All fees imposed at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PRINTFUL ITEMS
* If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact support.youkilook@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
* You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packing slip.
* Packages marked "delivered" by the courier cannot be refunded or replaced.
* Incorrect address inputs by the customer are not eligible for free replacements.
